Article 10 “The conversation is…”

THE CONVERSATION IS…

Article 10 of the Tribe Conversation

When most people hear the word tribe, they usually default to an idea around a specific group or interest that is almost off to the side of their life. Something they belong to or not. They can come and they can go. That conversation is not this conversation.

The life conversation is…

The leadership conversation is…

The Tribe Conversation.

Here, we are engaging language, structure, and distinctions that empower practices of leadership to live your best life within the social construct of your tribe. We are further developing our tribal consciousness or the awareness of your tribe and the mastery of the art of choice.

It all begins with a reverence for time and for starters, we are calling time one small unit of 15-minutes. Between the space of that unit is life, interaction with people, places, and things. Your tribe is simply life with frequent interactions with the same people, places, and things.

How we approach it appears to be in direct correlation to our own sense of self-worth or the value we place on our own life. Therefore, our reverence for time is in direct proportion to the choice of our self-worth.

This conversation is an invite and as such there are no direct consequences from any expectation that anyone enroll or register, at least from me : ). I can’t choose for anyone else that this is a conversation worth having. However, I have found that I want to tribe with those that are leaning into and up for the task that is “Their full life” or the fullness of their life and that is who this conversation is for.

“Be all in, and go all out in a 15-minute unit of time”
